Our Home Sweet Home, LLC was formed to serve up to 4 men and/or women ages 18
years or older to provide care for individuals with Developmental disabilities,
Irreversible dementia/Alzheimer’s, Traumatic brain injury, and those with
emotional or mental health needs. The home is in the Lincoln Creek neighborhood
in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The secluded ranch style home is located
minutes away from Bell therapy, Samuel Clemens School, Urban Foot care Center,
Amir Counseling, and the United States post office. The beautiful home is ranched styled and features 3 private bedrooms, a spacious living room with a large fireplace, an open kitchen, a backyard patio, and 2.5. bathrooms. The home is accessible to ambulatory adults at this time.
